By using Drag n Tow services, customers understand that under certain circumstances, some unpreventable damages can occur. By using Drag n Tow services, you accept that Drag n Tow and Drag n Tow employees are not liable for uncontrollable damages. Vehicle operator and or owner is liable for damages to vehicle(s) and/or property. Examples include but are not limited to:
Winch outs - Damages to vehicles suspension components can cause more damages to vehicle(s) and/or property, whether due to damaged vehicle(s) and/or obstructions.
Tire changes - Drag n Tow and Drag n Tow employees are not liable for damages like broken/stripped wheel studs and/or lug nuts due to previous services from other providers due to over tightening & improper care. In some cases, the wheel(s) can be stuck to the axle assembly, needing persuasion to be removed. Whether struck with a hammer, pried or pulled off. First, customer will be informed of what work may need to be performed and given options. Second, care will be taken to not damage wheel or vehicle & vehicle components. However, Drag n Tow and Drag n Tow employees are not liable for uncontrollable damages due to unnatural & not normal wheel changes.
Spare tire - In many instances, spare tires are low on air pressure and/or in poor condition. Drag n Tow and Drag n Tow employees are to make sure tire pressure of serviced wheel(s) are properly inflated to vehicles recommended pressure, but are not liable for damages that may occur by customer/vehicles maintainer lack of proper maintenance and/or faulty equipment.
Valve stems - Drag n Tow and Drag n Tow employees are not liable for what may occur after tire pressure adjustments are made. Dirty and/or dry rotted seals may cause loss of proper air pressure which may cause vehicle control issues, and possible vehicle, tire and/or wheel damages.
Tire plug(s) - In the event a customer agrees or requests for the use of a tire plug(s), customer understands Drag n Tow and Drag n Tow employees can't be held liable for damages after tire plug(s) use and customer fully understands the tire plug(s) are a temporary repair. Problems can occur to the tire because of the plug(s). Examples include but are not limited to: Tread separation. Air can leak in between layers of the tire because of the tire plug(s), creating a bubble, causing tire to jump around, potentially violently and may even blow apart. Leaking air. Air can still leak from the tire plug(s) causing the tire to loose proper air pressure and may cause vehicle control issues, and possible vehicle, tire and/or wheel damages.
Tire plug(s) are meant for specific areas of the tire and are not recommended near the edge of the tread and/or the side walls. But Drag n Tow and Drag n Tow employees are willing to install tire plug(s) for emergency situations even if it is against tire manufacturers recommendations and non normal usages. Tire replacement is recommended asap.
Drag n Tow and Drag n Tow employees are not liable for existing damages and damages that have occurred after services rendered by Drag n Tow.
